He was going to remember being with her for the rest of his life.
Nate didn’t know how she had done it, but she had gotten underneath his skin, and he didn’t know if there was any cure for that, or even if he wanted one. She was not the kind of girl he would have been with, but then, he’d never even thought about being with a girl like Shawna.
Gliding his tongue across the valley of her tits, he licked her other nipple before biting down. Once again she released a cry that was filled with a combination of pleasure and pain.
She arched up to him and he opened the buttons of her jeans, and began to work them down her thighs.
“This would be a lot easier with a skirt,” he said.
“Then maybe you should wear one.”
“Do you even own a skirt?” he asked, not sure if he could remember her ever being in one.
“No. I never wear them. I prefer jeans, or trousers. Sometimes dresses,” she said, giggling. “I can’t believe we’re talking about this right now.”
He chuckled against the round flesh of her stomach, biting down a little. “That’s the beauty of this being us. We can do whatever the hell we want.”
Sliding her jeans off her body, he then worked with her panties, removing them out of his way as well.
Shawna sat up and attacked his jeans, opening the button, and he took over wriggling them down. Suddenly, Shawna straddled his waist, cupping his face, and pressing her lips against his. He cupped her ass, holding her tightly, squeezing the flesh.
“We can do whatever we want, you said so yourself,” she said, chuckling. She pushed her hair off her face, and he was struck once again by her natural beauty. When had he even cared if a girl wore too much makeup or not? He was Nate fucking Bridges. Girls did everything to impress him. Shawna, she was different, and he did find that refreshing.
“I did. Do you think you can keep up with me?” he asked.
“Yeah, I do. Do you have a condom?”
He leaned down, reaching into his jeans pocket. “I always carry a rubber.”
She raised a brow. “I don’t know if I should be upset by that, or somewhat happy in this moment.” She took the condom from him, and tore it open. He watched as she removed the condom, and then started to work it over his dick. “This is really complicated.”
Nate chuckled and took over, showing her how to roll the condom over his dick.
“Ah, you need to be a guy to do this,” she said.
“Don’t worry, I’ll make you sure you’re good at it before college.” He winked at her. At the same time a sharp bolt of jealousy struck him, and he didn’t like it. He didn’t want her to be with anyone else, and even though they were going to head to college, and they were never really going to be together, he knew he didn’t want her with anyone else. “Are you seeing anybody?” he asked.
“No. I wouldn’t be here if I was seeing someone.” She pulled her hair back so it wasn’t cascading down her face.
“You never know. Some girls don’t care if they’re seeing someone and screwing someone else.”
“Wow, what kind of girls do you know?”
“Mostly the cheerleading squad.”
She chuckled. “Well, I’m not a cheerleader. I never am going to be.”
“I really like that.” Sinking one hand into her hair, he pulled her close and slammed his lips against hers. He slid his other hand between her legs and found her soaking wet cunt. Sliding his fingers between her thighs, he stroked over her clit, and then moved down, plunging inside to find how tight she was.
“I want you, Nate,” she said, arching toward him.
“I want you too.”
Running his thumb across her clit, he pumped two fingers inside her and watched as she started to roll her hips, and get as close to him as possible. He worked her pussy, and couldn’t look away as she bit her lip and moaned his name. Her tits were large, and he leaned forward, taking one nipple into his mouth, sucking on the bud.
“That feels so good.” Her pussy tightened around his fingers, and he felt the start of her orgasm beginning to build. Nate worked her pussy even as she came, and only when she caught his wrist did he stop. Removing his slick fingers from her pussy, he lifted them up to his mouth and sucked them, tasting her. He loved the fact no other guy had been where he had. She was all his, and no one else’s. “You taste so good. So damn good.”
* * *
Shawna couldn’t believe she was about to have sex in the back of a car outside in an abandoned parking lot. Staring into Nate’s blue eyes, she couldn’t look away, and she loved the way he touched her.
Nate gripped his cock, and moving over his length, she slowly took him inside her, whimpering as he filled her pussy. It had been a good few weeks since they were last together, and it felt like it had been a lifetime.
“Oh, fuck!” Nate took hold of her hips, and pulled her down, slamming every single inch of his cock inside her. She gripped his shoulders, and for some reason, everything felt right. Even though he was the most popular guy in school, and she never considered being with a guy like him, it was perfect.
Pulling herself up, she used the grip she had on his shoulders to press down, taking more of him inside her.
“You feel so good,” he said.
“You’re a talker.” She had noticed that last time.
“What can I say? I like to let you know what I’m enjoying.” He gave her a wink, and she shook her head.
“Did you get it from a porno?” she asked. “Don’t they talk? Instruct?”
“I don’t know what they do, and I don’t care. I just want to feel you, baby.”
She took his lips, and started to kiss him. Plunging her tongue into his mouth, together they found a rhythm as they fucked in the back of his car.
“Oh, fuck!” He released a shout, and his thrusts increased as he pushed up to her, filling her pussy as his orgasm finally came.
The grip on her hips tightened to the point of pain, and she rested her head against his. “Wow,” she said.
“I think you broke me,” he said.
Looking into his eyes, she saw he was smiling. He was also stroking her hair, his fingers twirling strands of the length. “Your hair is so soft.”
“I use conditioner and shampoo. Not in that order,” she said. “What are we going to do?”
“What do you mean?”
“We can’t keep doing this.”
“Why not? I’m enjoying it. Aren’t you?” he asked.
“Yeah, I am.” She sighed, then moved off his lap and started to wriggle back into her clothing. Out of the corner of her eye, she watched as Nate took care of the condom. He had some tissue in the car, reminding her that he had probably done this was a lot of girls, several they probably went to school with together.
“Will you take me back home?” she asked. Once she was dressed, she climbed out of the back of the car and went straight to the front. This was not going how she’d anticipated her evening to go.
Seconds later, Nate climbed into the front. He didn’t pull out of the parking lot, nor did he start up the car. She glanced at him to see that he was turned toward her, staring.
“What?” she asked, suddenly feeling very self-conscious.
“There’s something I want to tell you. No, wait, there’s something I want to ask you.”
“Ask away,” she said, smiling.
“This, between us—”
“It’s fine. I won’t tell anyone. I promise.” Her heart was pounding, and she didn’t understand why her stomach was starting to turn.
“That’s not what I wanted to talk about.”
“Oh.”
She tucked some hair behind her ear, and waited.
“This, I like it. I enjoy it, and I was wondering if you’d like to, I don’t know, experiment.”
“Experiment?” she asked.
“Yeah, you know. You and me, and when the need takes the two of us, we use each other.”
“So what you’re wanting
is secret friends that what? Have the mutual benefit of sleeping with each other?” she asked.
“It sounds bad, but I promise you, it isn’t, or at least I’m not wanting it to sound or to be bad.” He ran a hand down his face. “I’m not helping, am I?”
She chuckled, as he did look a little uncomfortable.
“We’re living together, and unless you’ve got a boyfriend, I was just thinking that you’d be able to use me.”
“We’re a convenience to each other?” she asked.
“Yes, no, ugh—this is not going how I want it to go.”
She took his hand, trying to offer him comfort. “Don’t worry. I’m teasing you.” She licked her lips. “Will you still be seeing other girls? I don’t have a problem with it because I know we’re not together or anything.”
“No, there won’t be any other girls.”
“And we won’t tell anyone?” she asked.
“Not if you don’t want to.”
Taking a deep breath, she looked out across the abandoned parking lot wondering what the hell they should do. She wanted to say no and just walk away. That was impossible because she was attracted to him, and that wasn’t all. She enjoyed his company. He was fun to be around, especially when he wasn’t trying to be something special.
“I think it sounds like a good idea. Our parents can’t know though. It has to be between us.”
“Awesome.” He started up the car, and he drove them home. When they arrived, she saw Daniel’s car was gone, and she entered, going straight to the kitchen to grab a soda.
“They’re gone,” he said, coming up behind her. He wrapped his arms around her neck, and snuggled in close. His lips pressed against her neck, and flicked over her pulse. She closed her eyes, leaning back. “They’re not coming back for a few hours.”
“I know.”
“How about I show you my bedroom?” he said.
She pulled out of his arms, and stared at him. “Sure.” She handed him the soda, and followed him up to his room. His bedroom was across from hers, and she saw that it would be easy to tiptoe across the hall.
He opened the door, and she entered to find his room to be really neat. There was nothing out of place. Across one wall were a couple of awards, lots of pictures, and she finally saw something that did surprise her. “You paint?”
“Sometimes.”
“Wow, I didn’t even know that you took art class.” She walked over the landscape. It was free form. No pencil marks at all on the painting. When she glanced out of his window near the picture, she saw the image was similar.
“I don’t take art class. This is just something I do to pass time, and I enjoy it to relax, chill out, stuff like that.”
“You’re really good. Is this what you want to be when you grow up, an artist?”
“No.” He shook his head. “I want to be a teacher.”
She turned to look at him. “A teacher?”
“Yeah. For three summers I’ve been tutoring at the high school in the next town. I help kids who don’t easily understand.”
“How did you get involved in that?” she asked, really surprised.
“Easy. I was driving through Meadowtown, that’s the name of the high school, when my dad’s car broke down. While we were waiting for a tow to come, we grabbed a coffee where I found a leaflet asking for help. I signed up, and I’ve been doing it ever since. It’s what I love, and what I’m passionate about.”
He looked completely enthralled by what he was talking about.
“I never knew.”
“I don’t advertise what I do. The last thing I want to do is have my friends come and ruin it. That is the last thing I want to happen.”
She could understand that. Moving away from his painting, she sat down on the edge of his bed. “You’re not all that I expected,” she said.
“What? The typical, self-centered jock?”
“Pretty much. You’re different. It makes me wonder why you pretend so much at school. What are you trying to prove?”
He sat down beside her. “My mom was popular in high school. She was on the cheerleading squad, and every kid wanted to be her. When she came home one time, she told me that no one likes a loser. Only the cool kids have the best lives. I guess in a stupid way, I thought being popular would make her like me a little more.”
“That is really sad.”
“What about your dad?”
“He was never like that. He always told me to be whoever I wanted to be, and that he would love me no matter what.” She sighed. “Now I feel bad.”
“Because you won’t talk to him?”
“I tried earlier. You heard me, I just can’t stop thinking about everything he did, and how he ruined it all. I guess I suck.”
“You don’t suck. One day, you’re going to be fine, and you’ll forgive him. Let’s face it, your mom is really happy with my dad, and he will love her and protect her. He’s wanted a woman who he can trust for so long.”
She nodded. “He’s found her in my mom. She is very loyal.”
Chapter Six
Three weeks later
Nate was helping his father clear out the garage going through all the old crap that had accumulated over the years. He couldn’t believe they still had his old crib, especially as it hadn’t been used in eighteen years.
“Why did you keep it?” he asked.
“I was hoping for more kids. Not that you weren’t enough, but I always wanted a big family.”
And his mother was a bitch who cared more about lining her pocket. Nate glanced over at the time to see it was a little after two. Three weeks, and Shawna had finally agreed to go and see her father in an attempt to bury the hatchet so to speak. Ever since they had reached their agreement, nothing had been able to separate them. During school, neither of them spoke to each other, which he hated. He found himself looking toward her during the day, wondering how she was feeling, and if she was missing him. The moment school ended, and they were home, she became his.
“Son, you can’t keep doing that,” Daniel said.
“Doing what?” he asked, looking up at his father.
“You’ve got feelings for the girl, haven’t you?”
“It’s nothing about that, honestly.” His father looked at him without saying a word. “Fine, fine, fine, yeah, I care.”
“When you spend as much time as possible with a girl, you more than care.”
“We’re friends, of the secret kind.” Even he was starting to lose that edge. He was tired of his friends constantly asking about Shawna, and if he was screwing her. What didn’t help was the fact that Amanda was constantly trying to get him to screw her. For the first time in his life, he only wanted to have sex with one girl. He only wanted to be with one girl. What the hell had Shawna Prescott done to him?
“You’re going to regret that, son,” Daniel said.
“Anyone want some drinks?” Belle asked, coming into the garage with a tray. With Shawna gone, they were all having a clear-out of some kind. Belle was going through the stuff she had brought from her own house.
“Love some,” Daniel said, grabbing a glass and kissing her lips.
“You heard from Shawna?” Nate asked, taking his drink.
“No, not yet. It’s good, I think. It means that they haven’t killed each other. For a few hours I was worried I was going to get a phone call from the police telling me that she had killed him or Sandy.” She sighed. “This is good.”
“You know he keeps asking her to move in with him.” Nate didn’t want that shit to happen. He hadn’t wanted her to move in, and now he didn’t want her to leave. What the fuck was wrong with him? He couldn’t make his mind up.
“Yeah, I know, and, erm, it’s Shawna’s choice.”
“Wait, what?” Nate asked, looking between Belle and Daniel. “You want her to move in with her father?”
“No, of course not, but I can’t force her. She’s eighteen, Nate. I doubt she’ll want to move in with her father.”
<
br /> Nate saw that Belle was a little worried about it. No, he couldn’t have it.
“I’ve got to take a leak,” he said, leaving the garage.
“Toilet would have done,” Daniel called after him.
Rushing toward his room, he pulled out his cell phone and dialed Shawna. When it went to voicemail, he gritted his teeth and tried again.
This time she did answer.
“Nate, what’s wrong?” Shawna asked.
“I was just wondering how it was going.” He ran fingers through his hair, wondering if her father could convince her to stay with him.
“It’s fine. I’ll talk to you as soon as I get back, I promise. I’ve got to do this for Mom. She wanted me to have a good relationship with him. How is the garage clear-out going?”
“I found my old crib, which you really didn’t need to hear.” She chuckled. “Dad wants more kids, though. I finally found that out today.”
“Maybe he can have them with my mom? You never know, would we even be related with that? I don’t know. We’d each have half brothers and sisters. This is too messed up to even think about.”
He agreed. “I miss you, Shawna.”
“I miss you too. I’ll be home soon.”
She hung up the phone, and he sat down on his bed wondering what the hell he was supposed to do.
* * *
Staring at her phone, all Shawna wanted to do was go back home. Spending the day with her father sucked. What didn’t help was the fact he had Sandy with him, and he was trying to convince Shawna that Sandy was a good girl.
“Who was that?” Dillon asked.
“A friend.”
“Nate is a friend. Isn’t that the boy you moved in with?” Sandy asked.
“Yeah, he’s worried about me, that’s all.”
Sandy did that irritating giggle that always grated on Shawna’s nerves.
“Speaking of moving, what about my suggestion?” Dillon asked.
“About moving in?” Dillon nodded. “Yeah, that’s not going to happen, not at all.” She stared at her father, and smiled. “I love living with Mom, and Daniel’s a good guy. He’s sweet, and he adores Mom.”
